When Naomi Darian is poisoned by jellyfish venom, she transforms into The Cnidarian - a jellyfish super-villain created for the TEI 2011 Design Challenge. A custom dress outfitted with electroluminescent tentacles and a pulsing hood shrouds the mysterious Cnidarian. She attacks in a flash, with the palms of her gloves housing ultra-bright bulbs from a pair of hacked disposable cameras. I did the electronics for the EL wire, the motion control for the hood, and composed the music for the video (superhero theme song, bucket list item checked).
